To invest in a property on PropTy, follow these steps:
- Browse Properties: Begin by exploring the available properties on our platform and select the property in which you wish to invest.
- Review Property Details: Once you have selected a property, thoroughly review the property details to ensure it meets your investment criteria.
- Select Tokens: Choose the number of tokens you would like to purchase for the selected property.
- Initiate Purchase: Click on the "BUY" button to proceed with the token purchase.
Confirm Tokens: Confirm the number of tokens you have selected and click on the "CHECK OUT" button to proceed to the payment screen.
Complete Payment: The payment screen will display your Wallet Balance. If you have sufficient funds in your wallet, the tokens will be credited to your account. The tokens will then be reflected on your dashboard, with the settlement occurring instantly.
