Each Investor Can Own Up to certain number of the Total Tokens in a Property

For each property, the maximum number of tokens an investor can own is 10-15%, depending on the property owner's circumstances. This limit increases to 18% if the property remains live for more than three days.

This cap is established for governance purposes to ensure a fair voting system.
