What happens if a property does not sell out?

If a property is at risk of not being fully funded by the closing date, we will reach out to the seller to discuss extending the deadline. If the seller agrees to this extension, the property will remain listed on our marketplace until the revised closing date. However, if the seller is unwilling to extend, we will refund all investors who purchased tokens for this property and remove the listing from our marketplace.
