I purchased tokens via ACH (bank transfer) and still haven't received them, why?

Purchasing of tokens will be through crypto. For investors who do not hold crypto can use our in house solution which will convert fiat currency to crypto instantly. Tokens will be issued only after the payment has been successfully cleared on our end. The clearance process typically takes a few hours after the payment has been cleared by your banking partner. Upon successful clearance of the payment on our end, you will receive your tokens, provided you have opted in. Additionally, you will begin to accumulate rental income from the day your investment is processed.
